What is Transcendental Meditation (TM)?

TM is a simple, natural, effortless mental technique practiced 20 minutes twice daily, sitting comfortably with eyes closed.

Is TM the same as mindfulness or concentration?

No. TM does not involve focusing, controlling thoughts, visualisation, or breathing techniques. It allows the mind to settle naturally.

Do I need prior meditation experience?

No. TM is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced meditators who want an effortless practice that fits into daily life.

Is TM religious?

TM is a technique—not a religion. People of all backgrounds practise it.

Is TM scientifically proven?

Yes. The TM technique has been examined in scientific research for more than five decades. Peer-reviewed TM research studies have been conducted at universities and medical institutions worldwide, investigating its effects on stress reduction, cardiovascular health, cognitive performance, and overall well-being.

This body of TM scientific evidence includes studies measuring physiological stress markers, blood pressure, and changes in brain functioning. As with all areas of scientific inquiry, findings are continually evaluated within the broader research community.

How is TM taught?

TM is taught one-to-one, in a personal setting, with a structured course that includes:

  1. An introductory talk (approx. 30 mins) - Free of cost- Before committing to learn TM

  2. Personal instruction (individual) - TM course - 4 sessions of approx. 60 mins each, spread across 4 days

  3. Regular follow-up sessions, after the course, to ensure effortless practice

Can I learn TM online?

Yes. You can learn TM through online one-to-one personal instruction from anywhere in the world.

Can I learn in person?

Yes. In-person instruction may be available depending on location and schedule (in Leh, Mumbai, or Thailand).

How long does the course take?

The course is taught across four sessions, over 4 days and approx. 60 mins each session. After a brief initial conversation, you’ll receive a clear schedule that fits your time zone and routine.

What is your teaching style?

My role is not to motivate or push—it is to transmit a precise technique. Students often describe the teaching as calm, clear, unforced, and grounded.

Practice & Results

How much time do I need each day?

TM is practised 20 minutes twice daily. Most people find it easy to integrate into a normal schedule.

What will I experience during TM?

Experiences vary. Some people feel deep rest, others feel subtle settling of the mind. The most important point is effortlessness—there is nothing to force.

How soon will I notice benefits?

Some people notice changes quickly; for others it’s gradual. The effects are cumulative and practical, supporting clarity, balance, rest, and resilience over time.

What if my mind is busy and I can’t “stop thinking”?

That’s normal. TM does not require stopping thoughts. The technique works even when the mind is active.

What if I miss a session or struggle with practice later?

You will have access to guidance and follow-ups so your practice stays correct and effortless over time.

What is the TM course fee?

Course Fee: $1089 USD


This fee applies globally, and is not subject to negotiation.

Payment may be made in your local currency.
Installment options are available. The course begins once the full fee has been received.

What’s included in the course fee?

Course fee covers one-to-one instruction the structured TM course, and lifetime support and meditation tuneup sessions are also included, along with ongoing WhatsApp and email support.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Once the fee is paid and the course is scheduled, there is no refund.
