TM is a simple, natural, and effortless mental technique practiced for 20 minutes twice daily, sitting comfortably with eyes closed.
Unlike concentration or mindfulness practices, TM does not involve:

Breathing techniques
The mind is allowed to settle naturally, leading to a state of deep rest and alert inner awareness.

I teach TM one‑to‑one, in a personal setting, online or in-person (depending on your location).

The standard TM course includes:
Personal instruction – learning TM individually; 4 days, each session approx. 60 mins; flexible scheduling
TM tune-up sessions, after the course is over (life-time support) – ensuring effortless and integrated practice. On going TM tune-up sessions, along with WhatsApp and email support
